It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Penosil Fire Rated B1 296 is a 1-part ready to use polyurethane strawfoam for installation of fire-proof doors and windows, sealing of joints in fire rated walls and other filling and sealing works.
How do I prepare the surface before applying Penosil Fire Rated B1 296?
Remove dust, loose particles and oil stains from the surfaces. Moisten dry substrate with water mist to ensure better results. Protect adjacent surfaces with paper, plastic film or other suitable material. If needed add additional shield outside for weather protection (against rain, wind, etc.).
How do I apply Penosil Fire Rated B1 296?
Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times. Remove the cap. Hold the foam can in upright position with valve up. Screw the straw applicator tightly to the foam can valve. Hold the can upside down when extruding the foam. Foam output can be adjusted with the applicator trigger.
Fill joints up to approx. 50%, as the foam expands. In case of larger joints apply foam in several layers and moisten slightly between each layer to ensure better results. Excess foam can be cut after it has fully cured.
