Feb Febtank Plug, when mixed with clean water, provides a ready-to-use ultra-rapid setting durable plugging compound for active water leaks in concrete and masonry. The material expands as it cures to form a watertight seal with similar characteristics to concrete. Use on holes, joints and cracks. Sets both above and below the water level.

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.

Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What can Febtank Plug be used for?
Febtank Plug is used to stop active water or seepage under pressure through joints, cracks and holes in concrete or masonry, where a normal mortar would be washed away and resin mortars would not bond. Areas of use include:
- As a seal for construction joints or floor joints prior to basement tanking with Febtank Super.
- For instant sewer connections.
- For sealing cracks and construction joints in reservoirs and other water retaining structures.
- For rapid anchoring of bolts, conduits, pipes, railings, sanitary equipment, etc.
- Joint filling, pointing between concrete segments in concrete and brick tunnels, sewage systems, pipes and mines.
How much Febtank Plug do I need?
1kg of Febtank Plug powder will fill approximately 585cm3 or a joint 20mm x 20mm x 1.45m.
What is the cure time of Febtank Plug?
Final setting time of Febtank Plug is 2 – 4 minutes. Once the placed Febtank Plug mortar has stiffened sufficiently, dampen with clean water and maintain in a damp condition for a minimum of 15 minutes.
Can I use Febtank Plug on painted surfaces?
No, paint must be removed before using Febtank Plug.
