It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.

How do I apply Everbuild 507 Rendagrip and what is the drying time?
Before use, stir well. Apply one coat only using a medium pile roller or brush for an even coating. The red colour helps ensure no areas are missed. Protect adjacent surfaces from splashes using Everbuild Roll and Stroll Contract Carpet Protector . Allow to dry thoroughly before applying render, typically a minimum of 6 hours. Note that drying time will be significantly extended at low temperatures.
What surfaces can Everbuild 507 Rendagrip be used on?
Everbuild 507 Rendagrip is ideal as a bonding agent for render to concrete, brickwork, and blockwork. It also improves adhesion to smooth surfaces. The substrate should be dust, release agent, and frost-free, and capable of providing sufficient support.
Are there any limitations or storage requirements for Everbuild 507 Rendagrip?
Do not use in areas subject to constant damp, and do not apply or allow to cure below +5°C. Do not exceed a maximum depth of 25mm for the complete render system. It is a ready-to-use system and should not be diluted. Always carry out a test patch if unsure about substrate suitability. Store between 5°C and 25°C, protected from frost, for up to 24 months in original unopened containers.
