It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

How do I mix SikaMix Integral Waterproofer?
In all cases, add to gauging water at an addition rate of 125 – 250 mL per 25 kg cement, or alternatively, one part SikaMix Integral Waterproofer to 20 to 40 parts water and mix until fully dispersed, then add to mix. Gauge the mix as stiff as possible to minimise risk of cracking.
