Sika MaxMix  Waterproofer is a highly concentrated waterproofing and air entraining admixture for sand and cement which is 25 times the strength of conventional products. Sika MaxMix Waterproofer forms extremely stable air bubbles in sand/cement mixes. This improves the workability of mortar/render giving it a “buttery” consistency and helps prevent shrinkage, cracking, crazing and mild frost damage during the curing process, as well as providing long term resistance to freeze/thaw cycles. Contains pore blocking additives to reduce water absorption and reduces the chance of efflorescence (salt formation). Sika MaxMix Waterproofer extends open time to enable large areas to be covered in one go.

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.

 

Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.

 

If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

How much Sika MaxMix Waterproofer do I need?

Recommended dosage is 20-40ml per 50kg of cement.

How do I use Sika MaxMix Waterproofer?

Shake bottle well before use. Push the lid downwards and twist anti-clockwise to remove. Squeeze the sides of the bottle to fill the measuring cup to the required dose (20-40ml per 50kg of cement).

Add Sika MaxMix Waterproofer to a 10 ltr bucket of water and stir/mix well. Dry mix all other ingredients and add sufficient quantities of water/Sika MaxMix Waterproofer solution until the desired consistency is achieved. Never add this product directly to the dry mix, always let down into a portion of gauging water. Replace cap after use.
