- To form an acoustic barrier by sealing gaps between plasterboard walls, floors and ceilings and in dry lining applications.Â
- As an adhesive to bond plasterboard to plasterboard, wood and metal studding and direct to blockwork.
- For sealing and bonding most other Kraft lined insulation boards.
- Damp or humid conditions will significantly extend the cure time.
- Do not attempt to abrade when cured.
- Do not overpaint until product has fully cured. This will normally be 24 hours but may be 4-5 days in damp, cold or humid conditions.
- Do not apply below 5°C
- For overhead boarding applications, always use in conjunction with mechanical fixings.

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Everbuild Everflex AC50?
Everbuild Everflex AC50 is a high strength acoustic sealant and adhesive specifically formulated for sealing and bonding plasterboard and other kraft lined insulation boards to common substrates.
How do I prep the surface before applying Everbuild Everflex AC50?
All surfaces must be clean and dust free. All loose or flaking surface coatings, and old sealant and mastic joints, should be removed before application. Highly porous substrates such as new plaster should first be primed with Everbuild PVA bond diluted 1:4 with water. Surfaces may be slightly damp, but not wet.
Does Everbuild Everflex AC50 come in different sizes?
