It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.

Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is UltraFloor Stick It 542?
UltraFloor Stick It 542 is water based for use in fixing Carpet Tiles and loose-lay PVC floors or floorcoverings with PVC backings.
How do I prepare the surface before applying UltraFloor Stick It 542?
All cementitious subfloors should be strong and stable with good tensile and compressive strength. Any weak layers in the subfloor and old material residues must be thoroughly and completely removed by mechanical means. Subfloors should be clean and dry, free from surface laitance, grease, dirt and other loose contaminants.
All subfloors must contain an effective damp proof membrane or when absent consideration should be given to the use of a surface damp proof membrane to ensure the floor remains below 75% relative humidity following installation of any new floorcoverings.
What substrates can I use UltraFloor Stick It 542 on?
UltraFloor Stick It 542 is suitable for use on dry, structurally sound floors including concrete, sand/cement, cementitious underlays and securely fixed and stable plywood floors. Chipboard and hardboard floors can accept adhesive however consideration should be given to the suitability of the floorcovering being installed as to whether the floor needs over-boarding with Plywood to stabilise.
UltraFloor Stick It 542 can also be used over non-absorbent, old and smooth floorcoverings such as Linoleum, vinyl, and terrazzo ensuring they are stable and firmly bonded. Also for use on raised access floor panels.
