It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is UltraFloor Stick It 500?
UltraFloor Stick It 500 is a superior, water based, adhesive suitable for use in bonding textile carpets including Needle punch, Hessian backed, Felt, Synthetic secondary backed, Latex-Foam and PVC backed. It can also be used on PVC & CushionVinyl, (LVT) Luxury Vinyl Tiles & Planks, as well as Linoleum and Cork installations.
Which trowel do I need to use for UltraFloor Stick It 500?
Use a B1 serrated adhesive trowel when installing Carpet, Needlepunch, Linoleum and Cork.
Use an A2 serrated adhesive trowel when installing PVC and Cushion Vinyl Flooring and Carpet with a PVC backing.
Do I need to use a primer?
Priming substrates is not normally required as long as thorough preparation is carried out, however, if the subfloor is highly absorbent it may cause rapid drying of the adhesive by suction and reduce adhesion strength to the floorcovering. In such instances it would be advisable to prime with an even coat of UltraFloor PrimeIT Primer diluted 1:3 by volume with clean, cold water. This will maintain the curing properties of the adhesiveand ensure coverages.
Exception would be Calcium Sulphate / Anhydrite floors which need to be completely dry, free from grease stains, dirt, dust, surface laitance then primed with UltraFloor PrimeIT and allowing to cure.
How much UltraFloor Stick It 500 do I need?
When using a B1 Trowel each tub UltraFloor Stick It 500 will cover up to 46m²
When using a A2 Trowel each tub UltraFloor Stick It 500 will cover up to 50m²
