It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Mapei Ultrabond Eco VS90 Plus>
Mapei Ultrabond Eco VS90 Plus is hard set, highly shear resistant, wet-bed dispersion adhesive, specific for PVC and rubber floorings and wall coverings on absorbent substrates. Also suitable as universal adhesive for all common resilient and textile floor covering types.
Where can I use Use Ultrabond Eco VS90 Plus for bonding?
Use Ultrabond Eco VS90 Plus for bonding:
- Sheet and tile rubber flooring with smooth or textured surfaces
- Homogeneous and heterogeneous PVC floor coverings, sheets and tiles
- PVC and multilayer PVC floor coverings
- LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles)
Also suitable as universal adhesive for bonding:
- Textile floor coverings with all common backings (latex-primed, PVC and polyurethane foam, natural jute and ActionBac backed carpets, etc.)
- Needle-punch woven flooring also in late

How do I apply Mapei Ultrabond Eco VS90 Plus?
Mapei Ultrabond Eco VS90 Plus is ready to use and does not need any preparation. Before using, stir the adhesive in the bucket. Apply the adhesive evenly to the substrate with a suitable notched trowel. When installing thin wall coverings, a long nap roller may be used as an alternative (ensure the wetting of the backing material).
