It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Ardex AF 325?
Ardex AF 325 Carpet Adhesive is designed to provide excellent early grab for immediate installation. Ideal for installing all textile floorcoverings.
Do I need to use a primer with Ardex AF 325?
Priming is not required, however, on highly absorbent surfaces it can be advantageous to prime with Ardex P 51 Priming and Bonding Agent diluted 1:3 with cold, clean water.
This will maintain the working time and ensure maximum coverage of the adhesive.
Do I need to add water to Ardex AF 325?
No, Ardex AF 325 is ready for use, but for optimum performance the adhesive should be thoroughly mixed to ensure the even dispersion of polymers before application.
How much Ardex AF 325 do I need?
For textile flooring using a B1 trowel each tub of Ardex AF 325 will over up to 35m²
For needle punch using a B2 trowel each tub of Ardex AF 325 will over up to 28m²
