It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Ardex AF 2525?
Ardex AF 2525 is a 2-part adhesive ideal for installing all types of vinyl, rubber, dense non-absorbent backed floorcoverings, some timber floorcoverings, and exterior floorcoverings such as artificial grass.
Do I need to use a primer?
Priming is not required, however, on highly absorbent surfaces it can be advantageous to prime with Ardex P 51 Priming and Bonding Agent diluted 1:3 with cold, clean water.
This will maintain the working time and ensure maximum coverage of the adhesive.
Do not use Ardex P 51 Priming and Bonding Agent in external areas.
How do I prepare the surface before applying Ardex AF 2525?
The subfloor must contain an effective dampproof membrane and be dry, with an equilibrium relative humidity of 75% or below. Where an
effective damp proof membrane is absent, or the relative humidity of the subfloor is above 75% RH, ask our sales team for for the correct product selection.
The subfloor must be hard, clean, free from barrier materials, sound and smooth in accordance with the relevant clauses of BS 8203, BS 8201 and BS 8204.
Any dust should be removed using suitable vacuum equipment, prior to applying Ardex AF 2525, as it can affect both the coverage and performance of the adhesive.
Uneven subfloors can be levelled with Ardex Arditex NA and repairs can be done with Ardex A 45.
